How Healing Circles Work

Small Circles

Heartmend healing circles are facilitated online gatherings where women come together to heal in community. Circles are intentionally kept small to allow space for each woman to be seen, heard, and held with care.

A Gentle Structure

Each circle follows a consistent, gentle structure where women are invited to share honestly from the heart or through a guided Heartmend theme or anchor. Women are invited — never required — to share openly and honestly, while others listen with compassion and without interruption. There is no pressure to explain, perform, or be “ready.” You are welcome to share only what feels true for you in that moment.

Prayer & Reflection

Prayer, reflection, and moments of stillness help ground the circle and create a sense of safety and presence. These practices are offered as invitations, allowing each woman to participate in ways that feel respectful of her own faith and inner life.

Facilitated with Care

Circles are guided by a facilitator who holds the space with compassion, clarity, and care - ensuring that the agreements of the circle are honored and that each woman’s voice is respected.

The Heart Behind Heartmend

My name is Carmen, and Heartmend was created from a place I know well.

After experiencing the deep ache that can follow the end of a meaningful relationship, I discovered something that changed everything: healing rarely happens in isolation. It happens in the presence of safe, honest community.

During my own season of heartbreak, I longed for a space where women could speak openly about what they were carrying — without pressure to “move on,” be fixed, or pretend they were okay.

Heartmend was born from that longing.

Today, I hold gentle online circles where women can gather, share honestly, listen deeply, and begin to mend the tender places of their hearts.

You don’t have to carry this alone anymore.
