Ways to Connect With Heartmend Community
Join the Community
Join a growing community of women healing heartbreak together.
Receive Dear Sister, a short weekly note from me with honest reflections, encouragement, gentle healing practices, and faith for the road ahead.
And this isn't meant to be a one-way conversation.
Each week, you'll have an opportunity to anonymously share what's on your heart - ask a question, name something you're struggling with, or tell me what you'd like us to talk about. I'll choose a few questions to respond to each week so that, little by little, we're creating the conversation together.
You'll also be the first to hear about upcoming Healing Circles and other ways to connect.
Healing Circles
This is the heart of Heartmend.
I believe something powerful happens when women stop trying to carry heartbreak alone and allow themselves to be held in community.
Heartmend Healing Circles are small, intimate online gatherings created for exactly that.
These are spaces for big emotions and raw truth. A place where you can grieve what you lost, say the thing you've been holding inside, cry if you need to cry, or simply sit quietly and listen when you don't have the words.
When it's your time to share, the space is yours.
You won't be interrupted. No one will jump in to fix you, offer advice, compare your experience to theirs, or tell you what you should do next. Instead, the women around you will simply listen and bear witness to what you're carrying.
And then you'll do the same for another woman.
This is where I believe so much of the goodness happens.
Woman by woman, story by story, we begin to discover that while our experiences may be different, so much of what lives underneath heartbreak is shared. The grief. The fear. The anger. The questions. The longing. The rebuilding. The hope.
There is something deeply healing about looking around a room and realizing:
I'm not the only one.
Although we gather online, my intention is to create real intimacy within these rooms - vulnerability, trust, spiritual connection, honest reflection, and the kind of community where women feel safe enough to show up exactly as they are.
I believe we can heal heartbreak together.
1:1 Heartmend Support
Sometimes you just need someone to really talk to. Someone outside of the story.
The people who love us often want to protect us. They may have strong feelings about what happened, what we should do, or how we should be feeling by now. And even when their intentions are good, it can make it hard to say what is really going on inside of us.
Because heartbreak is complicated.
You can miss someone and still know the relationship wasn't right. You can be angry one day and deeply sad the next. You can feel relieved and heartbroken at the same time. You can be making beautiful progress and still have moments when it all hurts again.
Sometimes you need a place where you're allowed to feel all of it.
That's what 1:1 Heartmend Support offers.
You can cry here. You can get messy here. You can say the thing you're afraid your friends or family won't understand. You can tell me, “I don't want advice today. I just need to talk,” and I'll listen and hold space for you.
And when you're ready for something more, we can get curious together.
What's underneath this? What's true and what might fear be telling you? What belongs to you and what doesn't? Is there a pattern worth noticing? Where is God in all of this? What might your next healthy step look like?
There is no agenda you need to arrive with and no version of yourself you need to present.
Just bring what's on your heart and I’ll meet you there.
