How Healing Circles Work
Small Circles
Heartmend healing circles are facilitated online gatherings designed for community-based healing, where women come together to share their hearts. Circles are intentionally kept small to allow space for each woman to be seen, heard, and held with care.
A Gentle Structure
Each circle follows a consistent, gentle structure where women are invited to share honestly from the heart or through a guided Heartmend theme. Women are invited, never required, to share openly and honestly, while others listen with compassion and without interruption. There is no pressure to explain, perform, or be “ready.” You are welcome to share only what feels true for you in that moment.
Prayer & Reflection
Prayer, reflection, and moments of stillness help ground the circle and create a sense of safety and presence. These practices are offered as invitations, allowing each woman to participate in ways that feel respectful of her own faith and inner life.
Facilitated with Care
Circles are guided by a facilitator who holds the space with compassion, clarity, and care - ensuring that the agreements of the circle are honored and that each woman’s voice is respected.
